Hi everyone

I am newbie and need help understanding stuff. I have fortec clone reciever.

1) How do I know if my reciver has be ECM'd.
2) When do you require to change the key vs ECM.
3) What are the sites where you can find latest key and files for fortec.
4) How do you varify the bin files that it is not for orignal fortec but for clone.
5) What programs software do you use to program bad ECM.
5) any other tips or info.
