Ihave the Viewsat platinum and i've resently upload the program to get the chanels back(BEV). All my chanels seems to be back some are duplicates and i 'm just not able to get the guide after i did a factory reset and rescanned. Is there something I can do get the guide for my chanel... when i try option 7 for the "receive giude" it does not work. |

look around in the menus, there is a place for EPG hours. try that |

i founf my problem. I was not using sat nimiq 1.## and i did no have my Sat on standard!

pansat up. need help w/viewsat plat* where can I find the latest sat info channel info and hex file newbie w/viewsat! And do I need to put in factory bin afterwords. Thx 4 the Help! |

From the menu under installation I choose nimiq 1.## (## is cuz I don’t remember the number. I think it’s for me 1.82 but I’m not too sure) make sure your LNB is Standard and do you rescan.
Again I’m a novice at this. |
