Greetings folks, I have a WS55313 big screen with color issues. Can anyone give some advice. The TV is about 3 years old, it was working great until we moved 3 weeks ago. It appears that I lose the red and the green is very dull. I tried adjusting the settings, aligned the blue and red in the box and still get the same results. Thank you in advance for your help.

Sounds like your convergence chips are overheating. I'mhavingthe same problem. Tech suggested replacing the chips,$500, and installing a fan inside the TV to cool these chips down.
