After 2 yrs 5 mo my lamp finally died. Ordered a
new 1 for 360.00 which includes a 6 mo warranty.
My next TV will not be one that needs lamps even though I knew this going in. In a 10 yr period you are talking 1200+ for lamps. On the plus side the TV will be working like brand new. The manual for the PT60LC13 states the lamps life at up to 10000 hrs, that is wrong, it should be up to 5000 hrs. That info is from websites I searched when looking for a new lamp. TY-LA1000
