Recently found this site and have learned all of good info from all the contributors.
I am looking to purchase a DVD recorder to record DVD-R’s and would like the following capabilities.
The ability to clear and set the chapter markers before finalizing.
Has variable record mode (I thinks this is call bit setting???)
Any suggestions would be appreciated

You can't select where to put chapters on any DVD recorder with DVD-R discs, unless HD recorders will. There are some that let you set the increments, 5 min, 10 min, etc, but you can't insert chapters where you want. |
