Physically I must say it doesnt look as nice as the old one, ie their is no piano finish-just lacking a little sparkle I guess...anyone else find this? They are on sale at the Sony store for 4500 CDN plus taxes.. |

I've been to 2 different Best Buys and a Circuit City and none of them even have the TV on display. They are saying (it's a lie, but it's what they say) "they don't ship till mid-August". Even when I told them that they were wrong... "my sony rep told me mid-August". I hate BB and CC. They never have any real facts.

I like it better than the XBR1 series. Not as nice easthitcally as the new Samsungs though. By the way, CNET has reviewed the A2000. It got a good review but it's not perfect. Definitely confirmed my wanting to wait and see if the XBR2 is worth the additional cost, especially video processing of Standard definition. |
