hello everyone!

I've read many articles concerning the component vs. Hdmi debate and am still not sure of what to do. Here's the situation, I've purchased the infocus 4805 projector (native 480P). I will be purchasing an upconverting dvd player. The infocus takes either component or hdmi (with adapter m1 da). The advantage of component is that I dont have to buy the adapter for the M1DA, it plugs in directly from dvd player thru component in the projector.

Actually, i could also get the adapter from M1DA to component!

So my question is, Is there an advantage of going thru my M1DA input or is the component input just fine keeping in mind that I am purchasing an upconverting dvd player

Thanks

Eric
