Hope someone can help with this problem.
My Ge 46 R/P tv will not allow me to access it's menu when I push the menu button on the TV, nothing happens. I can get the audio menu to come up if I turn the tv off and then hold the menu button in while pushing the on button but once the tv is on and the audio menu is on screen I cannot do any adjustments with the TV nor can I get out of the audio menu until I power off and back on again.

I do not have the original remote all I have now are universal remotes and they do not work on this tv either however they will work on other devices.
