My RCA tube TV began making a clicking sound when i turned it on. I brout it to a repair shop and they claimed to have fixed teh Flyback/horizontal output transistor. It came with a 90 day guarantee on parts and labor. 110 days later the TV is making the same sound again. I got screwed. the guy told me basically tough luck.I then went out and bought a flat LCD. No way was i going to spend 400 bucks on a 350 dollar TV. anyway now that i have vented....I want to re-replae these parts myself. I'm not an idiot and i think i can do it. I want to know how hard is it to do (what do i have to do) and does anyone have any tips? thanks.
