I have DirecTV, an LG 37LC2D TV and Panasonic DVD recorder DMR-ES25. The original set up for the TV and Direct TV receiver I did not touch. I connected the S Cable from the TV In to the OUT terminal on the DVD and I also connected the red and white plugs from TV to OUT on DVD, the yellow is unplugged. Then I connected the red, white and yellow In on DVD to the DirecTV receiver Out – is this correct – because there are many wires left unused. I still have an S cable and coax cable; the directions also talk about RF – whatever that is. 3 users guide and they are all a little different |

You can use s-video from the sat to the DVD too, other than that, it's right. |
