Dear All,

I have a Go Video DV 2150 DVD+VCR and lately it has been displaying "BAD DISK" whenever I insert a dvd.

I got a DVD cleaning cd from Memorex and that doesn't function either. When I insert it the message on my TV screen is Loading... witha blue screen with a Go Video logo. In about 2 minutes i just see the same screen without the Loading on the top left.

By the way Go Video has a customer Care that asks you to leave a message 24-7. It was mistake buying this crap, but hopefully I can make it run a few more months.

Could you guys help me out if you know how to fix it?
