Hello,
I just tried to turn my DVD player on and nothing will work. The movie that's in it will play, but I have no control over the play, stop, pause, etc buttons.. Whenver I try to press them the LCD on the actual unit says "LOCKED" The remote also does not work. I'm unable to eject the disc, or even switch to one of the otheer 4 discs (5 disc dvd player).. Anyone have any ideas?

I tried to get to panasonics customer support but the internet form doesn't even work, and the phone line is busy for hours.

PLEASE HELP.
