I read previously on a closed thread about clicking the lens unit back to the center of the unit. I did this and the machine starts loading and plays about the first two minutes of the movie, but the lens unit doesn't want to move off that particular ring/thread of the dvd, towards the outer edge. Doesn't anyone have any ideas?
