I have a 1996 or 1997 Magnavox 27 inch tv that I cannot find a model number for. I need to get a new remote so I can shift the input/mode to DVD.
The manual say 1996, the tv just says Magnavox, mot philips, there is no number/letter for a serial number. Diagonal speakers on the front. 27 inches. Any suggestions? Or is there any universal remote that will allow me to change the mode to the tv so I can use the DVD player?
It looks like this tv http://www.p4c.philips.com/na4/t/tp2576c/tp2576c_pss_aen.pdf but only says magnavox on it, not philips magnavox. Same kind of diagonal speakers on the front.

Thanks, but I already tried that site, they only have models back through about 1998, this is a tad older than that and doesn't appear anywhere on their web site. It's back when it was really more Maganvox than Phillips Magnavox, which doesn't seem to show on the current Phillips site. |
