I just ordered the cablevision hd service, with the cablecard instead of set top box. Does anyone have any experiences with these cable cards. What i forgot to ask the rep was will this cablecard be capable of doing HD channels like espnhd espn2hd yeshd and others. Thanks for any replies! |

The card will allow you to receive all programming with the exception of On Demand svcs. and PPV. |

by smart card, you mean cable card? if so then yes, the cable card can give you HD |

yeah thats what i meant. i dont think cablevision has any idea what they are offering. They told me smartcard isnt capable of HD |
