I am getting an error #35 (dm fan failed -chassis fan). Sometimes the tv shuts off and sometimes it will change from whatever input you are watching to the introduction screens when the tv first comes on. If you press the device input button on the remote, it will go right back to the program you were watching. This will happen about every 5-7 min. Every thing else seems to be working ok. Is the fan bad or is there another problem causing the fan to go off.
Any suggestions.

The current software version for the V-30 chassis is 7.03.1F
Directly from Mits tech help is the only info they offer for it. It might need to be upgraded if you don't have it. Also, have you tried to unplug the set for 10-15 minutes. If none of that works, I would say hopefully your in warranty and call Mits.
