Just got a Sharp Aquos LC32D6U a few months back....

Have been noticing a weird issue...

Sometimes I come back from work and the TV has been turned on....

I checked the menu options to make sure there was no "wake" timer configured anywhere but could not find anything...

has anyone encountered this issue...
its driving me wild...

It doesnt happen everyday but enough number of times now that it has me worried.

Could another remote control in my neighbor's be accidentally turning this thing on?

Thats the only explanation I can come up with....

Have you tried changing the batteries in your remote? Also,try removing the remote far from the room and see if the issue persist. Remotes can malfuntion when they have low batteries, or just plain malfuntion.
