i have problem with my panasonic TV model no.TC-21L3T. that contrast is not working and when brightness become more than a specific limit, then TV become complete black. and when i restart it works.
if i reduce the brightness limit then it works normal but in very dark image..
please if anybody have its circuit diagram, give me that or suggest me the fault..
