Hey kanthan...
I also have a pansat clone.
I used bl stb updater 1.3 but 1.4 is fine.
BUT what I did is connect receiver (power off) to computer.
Then ran the loader program...then selected the bin and the correct com port...then power on the receiver from the back...then at the first green light on the front panel..clicked Fix and waited for it to finish and for the receiver to reboot and go to a channel (so channel number shows up)...then I powered it off...disconnected the cables...and connected back up to tv and satellite feed.
And this worked for me on the Fortec LU with 277T bin.

Kanthan: Start again but first turn off the back button in your receiver. Lucky

kanthan i don't know much but i hope this helps.
1 make sure your receiver power is off
2 connect the cable to the receiver and computer
3 open your loader and load the bin and select the com port on computer that correspond to the one you have for the receiver.
4 flip the power on on the receiver. as soon as you see the first bar on the receiver light up click fix on the loader and the downloading process should start.
5 after downloading is complete your receiver should reboot.
just hook to your tv do a blind search an enjoy.

remember the com port has to be the right one or you will get an error message

hope this help you good luck
