Those are the absolute positions of those satellites.

You need to use a calculator like this...

or

http://www.satsig.net/ssazelm.htm

For some you need to know your latitude and longitude. For other you just pick your city/town.

You can Google...

satellite azimuth calculator

Make sure it gives azimuth relative to magnetic north or give you the magnetic deviation. When you use the compass to point the dish you will be using magnetic north not true north.

Also I have found in my limited experience that the settings on the BEV style dish do not match the recommended elevation. I am not sure if it's the dish or the calculators. Seems more likely the dish.
