can some one tell me how to download new bins and what's STB MODEL? i am trying to fix my ariza but i am struggling.

stb = set top box. I have a c**lsat 4000 - so my stb model is 4000. But I think you are maybe looking for the stb tool which is the software that you use to download the bin from your computer to your stb.

go to dsscentral*net and get the rom loader from there.
Save it to your computer and open it there. It stays on the computer and you use it to interface between the computer and receiver.
When you finally get it saved, you'll need to select the receiver model, and select the bin number. |

Load the 2500's new bin.
Let the auto roll work, and watch tv.
Get it at dsscentral*net. |
