please help me find the loader for fortec classic to upload the latest bin for fortec classic. and also where to get the step by step instruction to download the latest bin with the loader

hey check out www.al7bar-soft1.com for the loaded there isnt a new bin located there yet, i just tried the one at dss**community, there was suppose to be a new one there its not new.
