I am having a problem with my tv going into demo mode alot and i don't know how to stop it. It constantly changes channel,the menu in inoperative because when I try to access it to stop the demo it just keeps going through the menu highlighting every thing even though I don't push anyhting on the remote. What do I do?

hit the exit button on your controller. use the menu button and go to the guide plus gold area. from here you can turn off the guide completely. sorry my instructions are 100% clear. you will have to turn an option or 2 to the off position and then you should be fine.
