I had problems with people not being able to play LG burned discs. I bought an NEC burner and in around 4000 burns, nobody has ever had any problems with the discs. Nero isn't the best burning software for sure. What brand of discs are you using? |

Sony doesn't make their own discs, so it's hard to know how good the discs are. You can get the media code with DVD Decrypter, Nero, DVDInfoPro, that should tell you who actually made the discs. If you have any 8x DVD-R Sony discs that say made in Japan on the spindles, they should be TY, the best discs made. |
