I'm having a problem with my Philips 27RF50 S125. Basically, the picture is cut off vertically at the bottom, so I can't watch some of my subtitled videos. The normal menu controls don't help at all, and I have gotten as far as knowing I have to adjust it in the Service Test Mode. My model cannot enter the service test mode with the remote supplied to me, and the service remote is around $30 online. Is there anything else that I can do to try and fix it, I have run out of ideas and I can barely find any articles about my model online. Also, I don't have the manual and I can't find that online either. Thanks. |

Correction, the image is cut off on ALL sides not just the bottom. |
