My roommate and I just got a projection tv from one of our friends. The picture on the screen is very stretched at the top of the screen, and the bottom of the screen has about 3 inches of black. We tried shimming the mirror to get the picture back to the bottom of the screen, but the top is still stretched. Is there any way to adjust the tubes? I think the model number is sdp5053. thanks.

i have the same problem. no sure if you received an answer, but if you did could u post it or email me. i heard if you unplug the set for 4 hours it does a hard reset and could possible help.
