Helia,
You have a bin loaded onto your pansat that changes the keys for you. Unfortunately it sounds like that bin is now out of date.
You should turn off the auto roll because every time you enter the proper keys, the auto roll overwrites them with keys that are not working. That is why the picture is on for ten minutes (correct keys working) and then the picture goes blank (auto roll updating wrong keys, waiting for picture).
Once you have disabled auto roll, you should be able to enter the correct keys. They should look like this.
00: E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D C5
00: F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C
01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE
01: 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC

There is NO more help U can be given...U have had it ALL!...now U must do as we told U...and if u don;t know how to use your receiver, then go to another DSS site that has files and manuals and READ the manuals (10 minutes)..like dsstester.c*om...there are NONE here! |

For my pansat 2700 I tried satelliteasian.co*m & tried following
I SET DEFAULT KEY & then In N2, 0101, 01 i put
9E 5B 7A 77 C0 FE 91 CA
4D 2A DC 33 D4 CD E3 75 & it didnt wrk.
Then i SET DEFAULT KEY & again N2, 0101, 01 i put
71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE
88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC & it didnt wrk.
Then i SET DEFAULT KEY & again N2, 0101, 01 i put the following 0101 00 key to just try my luck
E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D C5
F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C & Still no luck.
Then i SET DEFAULT KEY again went back & put BOTH the 01 01, 00 & the 01 01, 01 keys as follows
0101 00:E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D C5
F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C
0101 01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE
88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC

Also afte each key i did Rest the reciver from behind. My connections are fine. It jus says SCRAMBLED OR BAD CHANNEL. I also checked & my signal is stong as well! It says i have BOOT VER 6.2. Do i need to update that??

For my pansat 2700A I tried the following
In N2, 0101, 01: 9E 5B 7A 77 C0 FE 91 CA
4D 2A DC 33 D4 CD E3 75 & it didnt wrk.
Then again N2, 0101, 01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE
88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC & it didnt wrk.
Then again N2 0101, 01: E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D C5
F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C & Still no luck.
Then i went back & put BOTH the 01 01, 00 & the 01 01, 01 keys as follows

& ITS STILL NOT WRKING! It jus says SCRAMBLED OR BAD CHANNEL. Some of you saying DN has chaned their SAT's...
BUT PLZZ ANSWER THE FOLLWOING...
Q1) It says i have BOOT VER 6.2. Do i need to update that?? Would this help??
Q2)How are some pplz receivers still wrking if DN has blocked us out? is it a BIN thing??
Q3) How do i figure out my BIN version & Update it? (Do i need to?)

I mean i have 148 attached to port 2 but now my port 2 is showing signal but no satellite listed on top of the page. i also checked the wiring nothing wrong with wiring.
i need my 148 to be working too guys help me.
any help still lerner.

I have PANSAT 2700A..........last time keys changed, worked quickly. "EVA" did good work.
This time I did update BIN File and Put new keys, but only ENGLISH chanels are working, comunity chanels are not working.
EVA do you have any idea?

reset = turn the power switch off at back, but if you want start over again, download the lastest bin X-87BL_060526_271 and set the factory setting / default setting . chose english or whatever you want, then installation, set up which satellite you want 110,119 etc, Blind scan for each of them, may/maybe turn autoroll off for dish. Then put the key in. N 0101 00:

Key #00 for DN does not seem to matter anymore. Only key #01 does. I typed in 4 different #00 keys and still the same, got most channels work except PPV, CNN, Fxnews, OLN, Adult and several others. Look like that is where the problem is. |

c/p For ALL Pansats.... New bin how to run.
Things you will need!
1.A computer with a com port!
2.The right cable to connect to your computer to your receiver!
3.The most recently LOADER
4.New pansat bin!..
5.LNB setup and the right switch!
6.Sat Signal at 70 percent or higher!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----
1.Power down receiver and computer!
2.Connect receiver to computer and power both of them up!
3.Start up gtrom newest version and select the new bin file you wish to upload then click download wait until it is finished it will go to a 100 percent but it is not finish until it displays burn complete or finished!
4.Turn off power to receiver and computer and remove the cable from the receiver!
5.Install cable from the lnb and the cable from the tv and the plug it up and power up the receiver!
6.Using your remote hit menu and the parent control then ok in second pin enter 0000 and then ok!
7.Then set default key..EMU-ON then ok!
8.Go to Nagavision2 then ok and check 00 and 01 keys. Put in new keys if need then hit ok to save!
9.Now installation then ok antenna setup then ok make sure you have 110 and 119 and check to make sure the switch is set right for both on the diseqc setting! If 110 is on 1 and 119 is on 2, set diseqc the same way!
10.Now go to blind scan and hit ok!
11.When finished exit menu and watch tv!

How can one tell if they have a "clone"? I have a Pansat 2700. I also have a Quantum 4700 in the box... have not used the Quantum. I have posted requests for info on the Quantum and NO ONE has responded...Have you ever heard of it? and if so...can the current bin be used on it???

I have installed new bin for pansat 3500sd and after scanning i pick up all the channels but am still getting" bad or scrambled channel"? Any help would be much appriciated. |

/p For ALL Pansats.... New bin how to run.
Things you will need!
1.A computer with a com port!
2.The right cable to connect to your computer to your receiver!
3.The most recently LOADER
4.New pansat bin!..
5.LNB setup and the right switch!
6.Sat Signal at 70 percent or higher!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----
1.Power down receiver and computer!
2.Connect receiver to computer and power both of them up!
3.Start up gtrom newest version and select the new bin file you wish to upload then click download wait until it is finished it will go to a 100 percent but it is not finish until it displays burn complete or finished!
4.Turn off power to receiver and computer and remove the cable from the receiver!
5.Install cable from the lnb and the cable from the tv and the plug it up and power up the receiver!
6.Using your remote hit menu and the parent control then ok in second pin enter 0000 and then ok!
7.Then set default key..EMU-ON then ok!
8.Go to Nagavision2 then ok and check 00 and 01 keys. Put in new keys if need then hit ok to save!
9.Now installation then ok antenna setup then ok make sure you have 110 and 119 and check to make sure the switch is set right for both on the diseqc setting! If 110 is on 1 and 119 is on 2, set diseqc the same way!
10.Now go to blind scan and hit ok!
11.When finished exit menu and watch tv! |

hi any one have idea i have downloaded new bin for 2500 but after downloading i plug in all the wires for satellite and tv and power but nothing show up only a light keep flashing from LT to RT on my receiver like - - - - - does anyone know ab this situation any clue will be apprecaited |

All People: For fix scramble channel, NO there is NEW KEYS, do you need download a new bin, go to dss**tester.com (remove ***)download the last bin for your receiver follow these steps:
For ALL Pansats....

Hi! I have Blue JayII, to turn autoroll on/off, when i follow the instructions provided earlier. I couldn't find it.
In menu button when i select parental control, the screen comes with change password, i entered 0000 at both places, but when i put second place, it goes back to menu button. I couldn't find the commands where I can change these. PLEASE Help me... |

anybody try the new bin for the pansat 2700 clone from dsstester....try it at your own risk cuz it works for a bit the you get a message that tells you you have a clone and when you turn it off....it never comes back on...now that's not funny!!! |
