Just got my new Cambridge Audio DVD-87, and am burning it in. First impressions are great - the sound into my NAD 763 and B&W 705 speakers is perhaps the best I've heard from my rig.
I'm very impressed with the sound, though the display leaves a bit to be desired. Also - if you get one, be prepared to "read between the lines" of the manual. You need a crystal ball to figure it out!
I give the 87 a 10 for sound, a 9 for video, a 6 for display, and a 2 for the manual.
A very, very good bargain - I highly recommend!
