i have a laptop that one i bought in UK means PAL system.
My TV is NTSC. How can i watch my laptop in my TV i tryed to connect to my TV the picture is scrolling. can you please tell me is they any solutation for this problem. is they any software i need to download? or else is they any changes i need to make to my system?
please let me know.

I don't know how good this is, some sell for over 5 times this much, but if you want cheap, you probably can't beat this.
