I have had a Proscan TV since 1997 (not sure the model no.?). Recently, it is showing only a narrow horizontal picture strip across the middle of the tube. Initially, it would lightly pop and warmup to a normal picture. Now, the strip stays. Any suggestions? Easy solution or is the tube gone bad?
