I have a 14 year old Toshiba 27 inch Model #CX28612. The problem is with the vertical adjustment. The bottom 4 inches of the TV has a black bar.

My question is how do I adjust it. Is there a vertical adjustment in the menu or inside the TV casting ?

I dont know what the value would be off hand, but our fix program says cap C342 on main board is bad. Replace leaking cap.
