I'm new here so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum, so please forgive me! I am trying to make back up copies of my old copy protected vhs tapes. If I hook up two vcrs to my tv and connect a video stabilizer between them, will this let me tape vhs to vhs without problems?

If you're looking to backup your tapes, think about buying a DVD recorder. The copies will look better than the originals and blank DVD-Rs are cheaper than blank VHS tapes. They also use much less storage space and last longer. VHS to VHS won't look very good.

Search eBay for "Sima CT-2". Expensive but effective.
