Bought the tv 1 1/2 yrs ago, new. Absolutely no problems with it. Today, I turn it off to go to work and when I come home and try to turn it on - about 8 hrs later - it wont turn on!!!

The blue power light comes on and it makes the initial tv warming sound and then shuts off. No picture, no sound, only a faint high pitched squeal. The power light also came back on again and then shut back off, twice. It continued to squeal until I UNPLUGGED it.

Left it unplugged for quite some time while I surfed the web for some answers. Found a few things but nothing that helps. TV still did the same thing when I plugged it back in. Grrrrrr....

If there is anybody out there with some answers, I would really appreciate it.
