I was reviewing the classifieds in my local paper the other day, one ad posts a Toshiba 42H81 for $550. This is a good size TV for my needs. Same owner since 2002.

What do you all think for this price? Anything to be concerned about when buying a used TV like this? Anything to check for before I hand over any money?

Any opinions on this TV in general?

Appreciate any help.

I would search the forums a bit then come wioth questions that way.The TV youre talking about is like a 4yr old set.Also really cant base a TV on your needs when you have said any enviroment questions.
