I found this guy on Ebay who claims to repair lamp assemblies with new bulbs, auction price is around $150. He also claims to repair ballasts, color wheels, etc.
His English doesn't seem too good, but then who cares if he's a good technician.
SAMSUNG RCA SONY DEL UHP DLP LAMP/BULB PARTS FIX REPAIR Item number: 9702416075, he goes by the name (hdtvlamp).
Anyone used him?

This guy has no history to judge.
Multiple feedbacks from the same user name is suspect!
No feedback for lamps!
I wouldn't send my money!
