DVP3005 / DVP5100
Press system menu on remote control
Go to preference settings
Press 1,3,5,5,6,6
Use Up and Down keys to select 0 and press OK
Press system menu on remote to exit |

Tried that but the preference option isn't allowed - it won't go there, keeps skipping over
any ideas? |

Hi, I managed to do this a while ago, do you still have your instruction manual (i have lost mine) because there was something i read in there which helped me to get onto preferences..... Can you let me know what it says when you read it? Thanks. |

Instructions read:-
Press stop square twice to stop playback (if any) then press SYSTEM MENU
Press <> to select ' preference page' icon
Press OK to confirm

Yes press STOP twice then, press SYSTEM MENU.
Press > repeatedly to select (Pref Page)
