I was just wondering if there's a recommended number of recording for a DVD+RW disc? I've been taping a weekly show, rotating between a few DVD+RW, so recording over each one every two or three weeks, and I had a problem with the latest recording pixeling out a lot. Does this mean the disc has been recorded over too many times and gone bad?

When I record over a disc, I'll delete the title on it and re-format.

Also, I've had a few problems with the soundtrack getting off when I'm recording onto a DVD+R from a VHS tape or another DVD. What can I do to try and prevent this?

Thanks in advance for any advise!

I always do a full erase on the PC before reusing RW discs. If you have a burner, try it.
