Hello people...have stupid question for you...i broke my mirror in my HLR5067W..just was wondering what the difference between the samsung mirror( one that broke) and just a regaular mirror(like house hold mirror)lol...just curious... |

Most RPTV manufactures use Front Surface Mirror, the reflective aluminum coating is on the front of the glass While a household type mirror the reflective coating is on the back of the mirror. The household mirror the will give you an blurry image, since the image from the projector has to pass through the glass twice to reach the screen. Give it a try, you can still watch tv while you wait for the replacement part to arrive.

OK..thanx for the help!! well household mirror will cost me like 50-60 bucks while the original will cost me 113 bucks..i will wait for factory mirror.....thanx again MM |
