46" digital widescreen HDTV monitor

Hi everybody am new here, and I hope that somebody can help me
With my tv problem.
For the last 2 and a half years this 46” tv was working great.
Then about a week ego all of the sudden the picture went crazy.
The colors where separated, and the picture was distorted.
I managed to bring the colors back to the original quality, but not
the distortion.
So is this something that I could adjust somewhere or I need to replace
Parts inside the tv, and if that’s what it takes how do I do that?
I am not an tv repair man, but I am willing to learn.
