Thread: 'Play ' on Video remote changes TV channels |

Hi,
I have bought an LG video (LV880) and a Proline TV(TVD1550F).
But I have a problem - pressing play, rewind etc on the video remote control changes the channels on my TV!!
Any way I can get this to stop happening? Would a universal remote control help?
If i take either the video or TV back to the shop, how do I know that a replacement brand wouldn't have the same problem?
Thanks millions for anyone who can offer some advice!
