Hi everyone, ok so Ill make this short and brief.

I got a Toshiba 62hm195 a few days ago, yesterday I hooked up my pc to it via the hdmi port, with a dvi wire from my video card.

The instruction manual warns against hooking up a pc to this tv, however, I feel that this warning is simply because Toshiba doesn't want to have to offer support to people hooking up pcs.

Anyone more knowledgable about this type of stuff? Should I get my pc off the tv immediately?

You should be fine.Tech support could be one reason. Also your just letting the candle burn depending/By saying that i meanif your going to be using the PC alot on it they dont recommend that you do you will be replacing alot of blubls whic manufacturers dont cover. Also i would use a VGA cable from your PC into the VGA spot(PC input) on the TV.
