This is actually an LG 3350E.
Change region:
1. Power on the player with no disc in the drive.
2. Using the remote control key in the following: Pause, 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9.
3. The word COde appears on the DVD display for a few seconds.
4. Enter region code required on remote (before COde disappears), using 0 for region free
if needed.
5. Press Pause on the remote control.
6. Power the player off and then back on.
7. Keep trying with the hack as this may take a few attempts to work.
Firmware Version Display:
1. Press Setup on the remote.
2. Select 'TV Aspect'.
3. Place cursor on '16:9 wide'.
4. Using the remote control, key in the following: 1, 3, 9, 7, 1, 3, 9.
5. Press Enter on the remote control.
6. Press Setup' to clear the information once read.
NOTE: It will always display NO.02 on this display even if you have
performed the hack. |
