REGION FREE METHODS FOR : Provision

 

MODEL(S) : METHOD : CONFIRMED?
PR-DVD2.0 1. Press the Open button on your remote control to open the CD tray.
2. Using your remote control, press the buttons 3, 3, 0, 8, 8 and 0, in order, one at a time.
3. Press the Play button on your remote control, The player is now region free and will remain on this setting even when the DVD is turned off.		 Yes

 

MODEL(S) : METHOD : CONFIRMED?
PRDVD2166 Region-Free:

1. Using the remote control, key in the following: 3, 3, 0, 8, 8, followed by the region number required, or 0 for region-free.
2. After pressing each number wait till the hand dissappears.
3. If you did it correctly a message will appear.

Enable SVCD:

1. Turn on the DVD player.
2. Press Setup.
3. Press 1 1 0.
4. In the lower right of the TV screen you'll see the message ON
when you repeat these 3 steps it will display OFF.
5. After entering the code - exit the SETUP menu and power off the player.
6. When powering on the DVD player the hack works!

Enable VCD:

1. Press Setup.
2. Press 1 1 9.
3. After pressing each number wait till the hand dissappears.
4. If you do it correctly a message HAVE VCD will appear.

Other Region Select, VCD Enable and Macrovison method:

1.open the tray- press set up.
2.press the next key.
3.press the prev key.
4.press the next key.
5.press the prev key.

ver 255 = region free.
ver 1= region 1.
ver 2= region 2.
press left and right to changeto desired region

press down key once:
ver 3001=parental control enable.
ver 3000=parental control disable.
press left or right key to change.

press down twice:
ver 4001= macrovision enable.
ver 4000= macrovision disable.
press left or right key to change.

press down key three times:
ver 5001= vcd and svcd disable.
ver 5000= vcd and svcd enable.
change to ver 5000 to play vcds or svcds.

 First methods work on Firmware E1-XQ-M as long as you open the tray before starting the methods.
