2. On the Remote Control type in;

89260 - Region 0*
89261 - Region 1 (USA)
89262 - Region 2 (UK)
89263 - Region 3 (South East Asia)
89264 - Region 4 (Australia)
89265 - Region 5
89266 - Region 6

*Please note that lots of Software are now using Region Code Enhancement. By using the 8926(0) setting many discs sometimes will not operate. In this case, please use the specific code from where the disc has come from!

NTD-40 DVD/VIDEO Combo (AUS)		 1. Make sure there is no disc in the player when you turn it on.
2. Using the remote control, key in the following: Pause, 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9.
3. Press the number for the required region, or 0 for region free (which is RCE proof too).
4. Press Pause on the remote control.
5. Turn the player of and the player is set.

If the method does not work, then keep the try open in step 1 before starting the next step.

Australian NDV-24 models may not respond at all to the method.
