1. Turn the machine on and ensure that
there is no disc in the tray.
2. Cold start the player (method not given - see your manual).
3. Open the player's tray (Eject button).
4. Using the remote control, key in the following: 9, 9, 9, 9.
5. A hidden menu will appear.
6. You change regions by hitting the OK button.
7. Region 9 is the setting for region free.
8. Close the player's tray to exit the menu.
9. The DVD region is set permanently until you require it to be chnaged again, even after
power off. |
