All of a sudden last night, my remote control stopped working. I had been using it all evening, then nothing. Changed the batteries several times, but to no avail. It appears totally dead. Nothing happens when I push any buttons. Could I have accidently locked it??

You could have accidentally changed the remote codes via your remote. Try looking in your owners manual on page 13 for the solution.
