Hi
I've been having problems with my DVD burner lately. I've been getting the message "DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Copy protection error, Incorrect function. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error". I have been able to use my DVD burner successfully until out of nowhere this message started coming up when I have not changed anything. I use DVD shrink 3.2. Can someone please help me??
