just wondering if any one had any experience on tv tuners for the computer i want to capture moveis from tv to my computer dont know which one to buy

i bought the ati tv wonder... cost about 129 bucks canadain.... it works great .. movies tv programs it does it all.... better than pvr

I have a TV with a digital tuner and cablecard, but my DVD Recorder with hard drive has no digital tuner, only analog. When the digital switchover takes place in 2009 and everything goes digital, will I still be able to record one channel while watching another? If so, how?
