I recently purchased a Sony LCD with a DVI connection and a Denon 1920 DVD. I connected the Denon HDMI to the Sony DVI by adapter and I am not getting any Video. Does anybody know if I need to change any settings to get it to work?

I think the adapter might be faulty because the HDMI light flashes on the DVD player.
