I have seen HDMI splitters for about $250-$300. I have a Samsung DVD conected HDMI...I will be getting Dish and want to connect HDMI.....Am I crazy. Should I just connect Dish via Component. I have a Sony KDF-E50A10 Projection TV. What will I gain connecting Satellite via HDMI. My Samsung will not display over 420p with component cables so must be HDMI.

Looking for suggestions.....TYIA
